A Taste of Southern Brazil is Coming to Rockville!

A Famous Florida Steakhouse Heads North

The Rockville refresh is getting serious. Terra Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse, a popular restaurant known for its high-end experiences in Florida, Connecticut, and Indianapolis, is officially coming to Maryland. This new restaurant will be a cornerstone of the new Twinbrook Quarter development, bringing the genuine taste of Southern Brazilian churrasco right to Rockville Pike. This is a huge win for local food lovers!

Expect the Full Rodízio Experience

If you love steak, this is your new destination. Terra Gaucha is famous for its traditional rodízio service. Gaucho chefs will bring wood-fired premium cuts, like their famous picanha and ribeye, directly to your table for carving. This is the classic, all-you-can-enjoy meat service that Brazilian steakhouses are known for.

More Than Just Great Meat

The main event is backed by an impressive Gourmet Hot & Cold Table. This isn’t your average salad bar. We’re talking a massive spread of fresh salads, imported cheeses, high-quality charcuterie, and traditional Brazilian side dishes. You can also expect classic desserts like Papaya Cream to finish the meal.

Location and Opening Details

The new Terra Gaucha will be located in the highly-anticipated Twinbrook Quarter complex, joining Wegmans. This new residential and retail hub, home to The Milton apartments, is just steps from the Twinbrook metro. Look for the grand opening around December 2025.
